Zerply Review

I recently set up a profile on Zerply. Zerply is an professional online networking site. It is basically an online resume to easily promote yourself. I have often wondered how I was going to display my resume on my portfolio site. Right now my resume is the standard format. I always thought I should design it in some way, however I could never figure out a way that displayed it well and was still easily readable. Zerply presents it in well designed and readable fashion. There is also an endorsement badge, where people can endorse you for the work that you do. For example, graphic designer, designer or freelance designer. Which gives you some validity for the work you are doing. Every month they send you stats on how many people view your profile, which is nice to see (even though I don’t have many views).

zerplyOn your profile you can choose to display your email publicly or not and also allow people to download your vCard. The Zerply members page displays recently updated profiles and you can edit your public profile. Right now there are three designs you can choose from with a fourth one once you invite five people and they sign up. Here’s a link for the Zerply sign up. Overall Zerply provides a great service on creating a visually appealing and well designed resume/professional profile.
